Cybernectic (2026) is a web-based interactive 3D art installation where visitors become co-creators. Starting from a random default object, each visitor can craft their own animated sculptural creature—selecting colors, shapes, and animations, all coded by Pat Bloom. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind original. When complete, the work can be shared via link or QR code, displaying the art as a standalone digital piece running in any browser on computer or phone.

The work was "vibe-coded" by Pat as part of a research phase exploring how AI can contribute to self-expression in digital art. With no clear plan—only a general goal—the process unfolded through dialogue between what was being created and what could become possible. This approach allowed Pat to produce work that is truly digital, truly interactive, and genuinely art.
